Price & Style Information


Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices effective at time of placing your order online. AS Colour reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.

Sample Orders

All samples will be invoiced out at the normal price.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 30 working days of the invoice date. We recommend buying samples prior to making final production orders.

Returns Policy

Merchandise that is printed, washed, re-labelled or decorated is non-returnable. Only goods that have
not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. We highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them delivered directly to your printer.

Placing Orders and Shipping Information


All International orders will be sent within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please allow 4-8 working days for your package to reach its destination. Your order is sent freight free with Fed Ex International Economy when you order 5 or more items.

Your package maybe subject to local customs/duties charges. AS Colour is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. AS Colour cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. If there are any charges to pay Fed Ex will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Credit Terms / Payment


All orders must be paid up front before being shipped. We do not give credit for any international orders outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Card Payments

Please note that "AS Colour Limited " will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
